Account: your phone number (your login), name, and email. Identity: age/ID-verification results from our verification provider (we store a pass/fail, your verified address, and ID expiry — not full ID images). Orders: items, delivery address, and payment results (card data is handled by our PCI-compliant processor; we never store full card numbers).

Why we use it

To verify you're 21+, determine delivery eligibility, fulfill and deliver orders, prevent fraud, and provide support. Identity verification is required by law for age-restricted products.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the business: our identity-verification provider, payment processor, and shipping carriers. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention & your rights

We keep records as required for compliance. You may request access or deletion of your data (subject to legal retention) by emailing contact@psilly.us.
