Eligibility — 21+

You must be 21 years of age or older to view, purchase, or receive products. We verify age and identity at account registration (government-ID scan) and again at delivery. Orders that fail verification are cancelled and refunded.

Products & Legal Status

Our mushroom products contain a proprietary functional-mushroom blend and do NOT contain Psilocybin, Psilocin, or Psilacetin (4-AcO-DMT). Hemp-derived products contain ≤0.3% Δ9-THC on a dry-weight basis, consistent with the federal Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018. The statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Geographic Availability

Availability is determined by your verified delivery address and applicable state law. We do not sell or ship where prohibited. Certain products (e.g., Amanita blends) are restricted in some states.

Orders, Pricing & Billing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may decline or cancel any order. Your card statement will show PSILLY.US. By purchasing you authorize that charge and confirm the payment method is yours.

Health Notice

We are not medical professionals. Do not use if pregnant, nursing, or taking SSRIs/MAOIs. Do not drive or operate machinery after use. Keep away from children and pets. Consult your physician before use.

Limitation of Liability

Products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vapor Fog, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the products or this site.
